This fully automatic production line is designed for high speed and high precision longitudinal cutting of cold rolled silicon steel coils (CRGO) and design. It can efficiently process wide steel coils (1000/1250mm), it is opened and cut into strips of the desired width and then rewound into coils.

The split line speed can be up to120Meters/Minutes, the minimum cutting width is8Mm,10Millimeter or20Mm, can be customized according to your specific requirements.

Workflow

Feeding trolley→Hydraulic single uncoiler→Feeding unit→Plate cutting machine→Leveling unit→Main slitting machine→Scrap coiler→Annular bridge and buffer pit→Pre-distribution tensioner→Winder→Unloading trolley→Hydraulic and electrical control
